Will my Silverado 2500hd with Duramax Diesel tow a Columbus F320RS?

I wouldn't but that's just me.

Pin weight is over 2000 lbs dry

You didn't mention the year of tv but 2448 is around max ccc for an 08 ext cab std box.

Maybe, maybe not. As turbo said - it all comes down to pin weight and your truck's ratings (and, if you're willing to exceed some of them or not).

See if this write-up helps:

Sure it will, but will you be legal? That's the big question no one can agree upon around here

If I decide to upgrade, I will have the same question for my F250.

My experience with a similar rig, weight wise is that you can do it, if you beef up the rear a bit and carry NOTHING in the truck. BUT it is a bit to much. I went smaller and lighter and happier.

If you really need a unit that big, and can't get the right tow vehicle then you can do it, but better hope you don't get stopped or have to stop it in a short space.

As said here, many do do it.

FIRST:

Do the math on your truck's capabilities-great starting point on what the manufacturer states the truck can handle (math don't lie).

SECOND:

Checkout the GVWR of the desired camper and it's pin weight & compare to your truck's capability numbers to these. (pin weight # will increase when loaded)

THIRD:

At the end of the day, it's your choice...am I concerned with being legal or getting what I want/desire without upgrading truck or downsizing camper.
