Question TV to PC or smart phone

Hi everybody. Last year was our first year RVing in our Coachman travel trailer. We can't get the TV out of the cabinet to connect with our PC for watching Netflix, so I was wondering if there's another way to send the signal from my PC or smartphone?

Tv should "lift up" as it sits in a wedge bracket.
You may have to give it a "bump" to get it started.
