TX Newb

Just wanted to say thank you for all the great information! I will be spending a lot of time on this forum for years to come. We just purchased the 2012 Forest River Wildwood 28DBUD and very excited about our pickup and maiden voyage this weekend!

Welcome guys. Where in TX are you from? We're just north of Houston and looking to get out for our first trip this year on Thursday (8 March). Heading to Canyon Lake. Anyway, enjoy your new Wildwood and keep us posted!

Awesome, we love Canyon Lake! We live in Spring/Tomball area. We are normally somewhere off the Frio river when we go camping. Thank you and have a fun and safe trip! Will post pics and hopefully it doesn't rain on us all weekend...

Very cool. Do you go to Garner SP area? The Frio River is beautiful. We haven't been there in a few years, but really want to get back.

Spring/Tomball. We're just across the greenbelt (or so) from you up 59. Hope to see you on the road someday! Enjoy, and be sure and let us know how the Frio is doing (drought and all).

Yes, we go to Garner SP all the time. We like Yeargan's River Bend too! We will definitely try to meet up somewhere in the near future. Now that we have a TT we plan on using it quite a bit. We are heading to Cedar Hill SP for the our first trip but have a Frio trip planned in June. Let me know...

manchu39,
My wife and I get down to your neck of the woods 4 or 5 times a year. Next time we will look you up and do some riding.
