Unhappy Water leak

We have a brand new flagstaff 25fkws, and the unit has flooded 4 times because the water purifier Cartridge and glass container falls down.Any suggestions regarding the Purifier as well as the long term effects of the flooding?

Water and campers do not mix. The construction materials on the inside of the camper are not designed to get wet. Make sure you mop / shop vac all possible water and run a dehumidifier to ensure all the moisture is out of the walls and floor. Don't know what you mean by flood, but better overkill than sorry.

What is the make and model of the purifer and where is it located? If it is the new PUR KW-1 cartridge filter, sounds like the canister is not attached properly, or may even be damaged.

Thanks, purifier is in the back of the unit.Flood here meant water pouring out of back storage compartment where the purifier is located. The glass casing of the purifier falls apart, defective.Am taking it back to dealer. Thanks Again.

I definately would run a dehumidifier or even hang a bunch of water absorbtion bags in the compartment before I put everything back in.
