Water not hot using only fresh water tank
I posted a week ago how my hot water heater was not giving me hot water. I figured out that issue by simply turning on the lines that were shut off. The hot water worked perfectly when the hose was connected. Now I'm camping without a hose connected. So I just filled the fresh water tank to use it. Now the fresh water tank is not warming up. ???? Went to shower this morning , no hot water. Why did it work when hose was connected at yesterday's park but not warming up at this park not using constant hose connection ?? Is it broke ? I know furnace is working and stove with gas. I'm confused.

You say you were at a park (campground?) yesterday...were you running on shore power? Have you turned on the propane side of your water heater? Maybe a silly question, but I'm not sure what else could be happening, unless it has something to do with the "lines" you say were shut off...what lines? HWH bypass? I'm confused too...

I think more information on your current setup is needed too. Do you have any water coming out of any tap (sink, toilet, shower, etc)?
The reason is ask, is when you are connected to a city water supply, then the pressure to move the water is provided by the "City" in their lines via gravity from an overhead water tank and/or their pumps.
Now when you are only using your RV's onboard fresh water tank, then you must also turn on your RV's water pump in order to move the water (pressurize the lines). Do you have your RV's water pump on?
This video explains it:

Their is no propane side for water heater. I have one propane tank that is on and is used for my heat , my stove and my water heater. Nothing has changed since yesterday when I had hot water from the RV park at a casino. This park we are at now is just a fairground and has no constant water connection I had to fill my tank with one water supply connection on my way in. So my tank is full but heater is not warming it up. There are shut off valves you switch off when winterizing your trailer, I'm new to this camping thing so i posted last week my problem with no hot water and these wonderful people explained my valves are probably still shut off from winterization. They were so someone sent me the guide to show me how to switch them on corectly. It worked. Hot water yesterday but I had my hose connected yesterday. Today I don't. Just fresh water filled. It's not getting hot. The heater switch for gas and electric have been on all night. Shasta said you can turn both on and it will not conflict.

Pumps working. Not a pump issue. Just no hot water.

OK, I'm really confused now. You say there is no propane side to your water heater, but then say your switch for "gas" and electric has been on all night.
I think there may still be some confusion as to how your water heater operates, which we will guide you through, as the water heater operation is often ill explained to new RV owners.
Where you are at currently, are you also plugged into a form of shore 120 volt AC power.......or are you running off of your RV's batteries? The easy way to answer this is to look at your microwave (if equipped). Are it's display/lights on?
We'll step thru this slowly

i was confused by thinking the question was stating their may be another on off switch for the propane outside the trailer. My bad. I'm stating the switches on the inside are on for gas and electric.

If you aren't connected to a form of 120 volt AC shore power, then you cannot use the electric heating element in the water heater as it only works off of 120 volt AC power.
You can only use the propane side of the water heater, as the propane burning will heat the water.
Now the electric heating element side of your water heater, and the propane burner side of your water heater operate totally independent of one another. You can use one side...or both sides at the same time (which is what Shasta told you).
Now these "sides as we call them" are turned on/off by switches. Each side has it's OWN separate switch.

Are you connected to 120 volt AC shore power as per post #8?

I'm about to be offline for awhile.
I would see if there is water in the water heater tank before going forward. You can go outside on the face of the water heater and briefly flip up the lever on the temperature&pressure relief (T&P) valve. Do not stand in front of this in case the water inside is heated.
If you get water out here, if it's hot then your problem is not the heater. If cold, then maybe it is.
This FAQ may help too if you have a Suburban brand:

If your water heater is both gas and electric you have a switch to turn the electric heater on. This will heat the water automatically any time you are plugged in. To use gas you must turn the heater on with a switch usually located on the control panel.

You most likely do not have a pilot, and even if it wasn't working...it would not have anything to do with the electric element side.
My advice is to really read the FAQ link I provided earlier, in case you have a Suburban water heater....as you may still not really understand the operation/function of at this point. Now would be the time to really learn it.
An Atwood water heater will operate similarly.
It would help a lot if you could tell us your make and model of water heater.
