Water pressure 2003 cardinal

I have attached a watts water pressure valve at the water tap. I tested the pressure at end of water hose before attaching to 5th wheel 50psi.

The water at sink and bathroom give good flow start for 15 sec then slow to very slow flow.
Would there be in line pressure reducer to 45psi on 2003 cardinal 5th wheel 29 ft or what reduce pressure?

Is this a new to you RV?

If it is then look in the basement for a water filter and or regulator.

Very good, was this a factory filter or an owner installed system?
