What snow? It's April.

We are transitioning from a pup to a 2016 Roo 21SS. Bought it in February and going to go pick it up tomorrow in Little Falls, MN. Forecast is for rain/thunderstorms changing to snow with a weekend total for our area of 8-16" plus ice. Should be a fun trip.

Our new-to-us was a rental unit for a year. I'm hoping that means it was well-serviced by the dealer. We'll find out soon.

We have a one month long adventure beginning in mid-May with a range of single night to week-long stays as we are heading from Minnesota to Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania before returning to MN. I intend to be working online during much of it. Is this a test run for possible full-timing? Could be ...

Thank you to all the folks who share their wisdom on these forums. It's amazing how much info can be found with the search tool!

Anticipation has been tinged with anxiety. I think we'll pack a blanket or two. And maybe a snack. I was hoping for better weather for my first experience towing this trailer. Meh. It's Minnesota. Click image for larger version

Oh that picture is awesome. I'm gonna steal it.

We're picking up our new unit tomorrow. While we're a bit South of that heavy snow area, the forecast sure has gone "South" as well.

Winter will end, some day. Can't wait to laugh about it around the campfire.

Welcome to the forum from the south side of the Twin Cities. Hopefully the warmer weather and sun this week will keep the roads just wet for your pickup.
Take it slow and good luck.

Like everybody else I'm waiting for summer. I really enjoyed summer last year, IIRC it was on a Wednesday .

Got it home with 25+mph crosswinds making the Andersen WDH really earn its keep. The Jeep feels sufficient.

I was happy that Hilmerson’s RV parts dept mostly matched my Amazon wish list prices and we ended up getting most of my “Needs” list acquired on the spot.
