Welcome! When I got my camper last year, the dealer didn't include much of anything except the power cord (came from the manufacturer), a 50amp to 30amp adapter (accidentally, I think) and a really cheap sewer hose that only had bayonet fitting on one end.
We left the dealer and went camping that day. On our way, we stopped at a Walmart (where I promptly skipped a curb). We picked up a few things:
1) white drinking water hose
2) full sewer kit
3) yellow wheel chocks
4) and then some decidedly non-camping items (TV/DVD combos, bedding and other random household items)
From an RV store prior to that, I also had a cheap water pressure regulator.
I'd be willing to be that's about the bare minimum needed for a first trip out.
Take your sense of humor and a pen/paper and take notes as you go.
