I have only ran mine one day so I don't know . I cant imagine they would make that big of a difference but ya never know .
IMO they are close to the same size just a bit bigger as the oems but are just turned vertical and not horizontal .

And they also have a window between mounting and the mirror that allows air to pass through .

I've had mine 3 yrs and can't tell any difference from the orig. mirrors to the oem towing mirrors. They only extend about 3"-4" and with the accordian type covers on the extensions could not in my opinion even be noticeable in the mpg. With the advantage over the clip ons, which I have tried at least 4 different kinds, I wouldn't be upset if it was 1 mpg difference.

Yes they are tipped up a bit "angle up" but near as I can tell it doesn't bother.
I hooked up camper tonight and moved it to try mirrors and they work great!

Lol after that I lit a fire in the fire ring and as I type this I'm "camping"
In the yard on my farm. I'm such a dork.
Oh well fires blasting and radios cranked and I've got the dogs sitting on either side of me.
coors light in hand lifes good!
