261BHXL bedroom tv mount

Hey guys. Curious if anyone has mounted a TV in the bedroom area on a 261BHXL. The dining area is easy and I found another member here who posted up their install, but I can't find one for the bedroom area.

I was thinking of a locking swivel mount bolted to the "outside" wall (not the small divider wall) above the tv connections.

New owner of a 2015, just need to get the TV's and satellite in so we can hit the road!

It looks like your 261BHXL has the same floor plan as our old Grey Wolf 26BH. Here is a link to some info and a couple pics of the end result from when I did this http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...6bh-27272.html

Thanks. I like the added wood piece for the mount to hit the studs, smart. It does look similar to my 261. My hookups are actually not on that small wall but on the "outside" wall. I think you wrote that you added these, my unit already has the outlets but no mark for where to attach a mount.

I may dry fit and see if I can make it work on the small wall, so the TV can swivel in place and lock. I prefer that location. If it won't fit, I'll bolt it to the larger wall and swivel over.

Looks like you did a great job!
