Removed the bottom bunk for a place for the dog crate and additional storage. We're thinking of removing the center bunk to put a small youth couch.

That was one of the reasons we like the model without the outdoor kitchen. We just fold up the table and there's a place for the dogs.

Yeah, I love my O.K. and I don't need four beds. This will actually work out very well when I'm done. I'm currently looking at how to put the center bunk on a hinge and might put some gaming chairs (with storage) that my daughter likes under it. Then I will mount a television on the wall to the O.K. for her entertainment area (which neither model offers). Maybe, Wildcat, can take some ideas on future 312BHX ideas.

So, after removing the wires, which allowed me to remove the center bunk, I'm not sure I will be able to hinge the bed. Seeing that I have only one child, I might put slide locks on the bottom and just simply lock it in place. Therefore it is secured out of the way, but available if needed! Or, just shove it under the queen bed!

Gaming chairs are in! My daughter is super excited to be able to sit with a friend and watch tv or even play the XBox!

I don't disagree. we had that tv just sitting around. I'm actually hoping to frame up a wall there to make it look like a cabinet and to hide the wires. That way I can mount a bigger tv as I didn't really trust the existing wall.

What kind of chairs are those? Where'd you buy them from? They look great and are multifunctional.
