34RLSA storage (and lack thereof)

New to the camper, new to the forum. 2015 34RLSA. Gotta say, huge, beautiful unit, but I'm amazed at how little storage room there is. The little 2 door bedroom cabinet on the bathroom side has already had the two hanging laundry bags removed, and, at least for now, a removable shelf added to cover the opening. The bed really doesn't allow a taller cabinet face frame to be installed, since with the bed there, you'd never get the doors open...

In the entry/kitchen area, the little coat closet is going away, and will have shelves added when I get them measured, cut and stained. Gotta look at the inside of the cabinet to figure out shelf supports, but that space to put a broom and a coat seems like it could be repurposed.

I'd love to see any other storage mods/hacks/ changes to this model to see what others have done. I can't seem to find a place to store a 12 pack of soda!!
