34TBOK help

Anyone install Progressive Industries 50 amp EMS on a 34TBOK? I opened access for panel and can't see main line in, especially with wires with inverter going everywhere. Need some advice and lessons learned.

Behind your main electrical fuse/circuit breaker box you will find the main wires coming in from your converter. I was able to access those wires when I opened the access door in the storage area of my 5th wheel. A problem I had to overcome was that the access door did not leave me enough room to get my body in there to reach the wiring, thus I had to enlarge the access door. After that was done I located the wires and disconnected them from the box. I purchased about 4-5 feet of like wire from Ace hardware that allowed me to place the electrical management box in a location close to my access door. Installation was a snap then.
By the way - this system works! Neutral grounds, low voltage, and spikes are common in older parks. This past December the EMS saved me from possibly burning up some of my electrical appliances. Other campers did not have an EMS and paid for it. I won a lot of points from my wife that day.

Another option, just in case. On ours, I removed the Marinco power inlet and removed the wires there. I fished the cable back into the basement and installed the unit there, then installed a new run of #6 cable from the PD unit to the Marinco inlet. This way I didn't have to fool with the breaker box at all. Not sure where the inlet is on the Sabre's though.

At least in Heaven, RVs will be perfect, and I won't have to keep fixing them.
