48" air mattress - where to buy

I'm looking in purchasing a air mattress to use when converting the kitchen table into a bed. The width is 48" and am having a hard time finding a air mattress in that width. Does anyone know where I can purchase one? I've seen truck bed mattresses available in that width but they're more $$ then I want to spend for something that will not be used that often.
Thanks

Forgive me for asking, but on every trailer I have ever seen, when the dinette is converted in to a bed, the regular dinette cushions are supposed to be rearranged to make the mattress. Is there some reason this isn't the case with your camper, or, are you just wanting the air mattress feeling it might be more comfortable?

correct, we've slept on the cushions but they're not that comfortable. Trying to get something a little more comfy.
Thanks

I think 48" is right in the middle of twin and full size mattresses. Not sure what kind of availability you could find with that.
