4X4 Fence post mod. HELP me out! PLzzz

I have the 4x4 post 6ft long. I have the end caps.. NOW,, I'm stuck.
I don't know whether to put it on top of the back bumper(which has the ubolt from the spare in the way) Or to put it under the camper. I have the Shamrock 21dk..
Annnnd after I figure that out.. How am I supposed to attach it? I can't find any 10 inch ubolts out there that would attach both bumper and post.
Should I use metal straps..
Any help would be appreciated.

I welded my own brackets cause I had to space my box down because of propane pipe on the bottom of my frame. Others have use some strap and all thread.
My next ones I will probably just bend some 1/8" x 1"or 1.5" to fit around the box and then bolt to my spacer bar.

( oh and the screws holding my box from moving, I ran screws in, then backed out and cut tips off so they didn't stick into the box)

I went the simple route. I drilled two 1 inch holes about 18 inches in from the ends and then screwed up through the far side into the frame of the trailer with self-taping screws with large fender washers. It hasn't come off yet!

Be careful with this. Most Zip Ties are not UV stabilized and they become fragile with age in the sun. Not sure about Megaties...

I used 5x5 posts just in front of the axles. They are attached to the frame using beam clamps. Then all thread or long bolts through a piece of c channel aluminum. I have 3 under there for my ladder, sewer stuff and directv dish stand. All on my 21dk.

I drilled the frame lip and put bolts through mine with aluminum tubing under it. You will also notice a piece of tubing on top. The reason for that was I had to clear the propane line. That top tube keeps it from rubbing.

To the OP...this meets your search criteria for a U bolt. Pricey though.

I was able to find a couple steel plates connected right to the frame right in front of the front stabilizer jacks that I was able to get a 7" hose clamp around.
