50a ems to 30a coach
Can I re use my hard wired 50A ems on my new 30A isata?
Trying to figure what I'm keeping from the sabre.

If it's a PI, yes. Contact them and they can tell you how to jump the second leg. I don't remember.

Place a jumper from L1 to L3 on the input side.

both sensors go on one leg of power...separated. Not a totally easy feat because of space limitations.

Why not just get a 50A to 30A adapter and plug it into the output of the ems? No rewiring needed.

Well, the unit has to be removed from the 50a fifth and reinstalled in the 30a unit anyways.

I don't remember why they said to do it....I just know I followed the instructions as given. Wasn't too long till this...
