AC not very cold

I have a 2012 Rockwood Ultra Light 5th wheel 8288ws.
My problem is with the AC unit. Have it on high for 3 hours and it's still not cooled off in there. Anyone know of any mods. I can try? Thanks.

What was the temp outside?
Was the quick cool dump open at a/c unit? (If you have a dometic a/c)

Ours takes about 4 or 5 hours to get somewhat comfortable.
once we do get it cooled somewhat then we turn on the ducted vents.

Thanks for the speedy reply, the outside temp. was 31 deg.celsius, partial shaded area. This quick cool dump you mentioned, never heard of that !!!
Still under warranty, just don't want to bring it back there for something simple that I missed!!!Thanks again, I'll read up on it next week-end. Happy camping. Mike.
