Smile Add some bling to grille

I just did this thing to my Georgetown 36B5 that in my opinion made a difference. I have thought the grille was a little cheap and plain looking, and came up with my personal solution. Maybe to some it was wasted time but, for me it ads to the overall look. I had a new Grille trim piece for a 2005 Chevy Malibu that I've had for a few years, someone gave it to me,..anyway,...I pulled it out one day and tried it on the grille and it fit, and my wife says, "I like it", and so I got some trim type fasteners and put it on the grille. Then I found a adhesive backed Ford emblem like the ones on the front fenders of the Georgetown, stuck it on and this was the result. I'd like to see Forest River look into adding something to the grilles of these kinda plainjane looking wire mesh grille openings

Hope you can make use of this.

Looking good!

One of my first mods on our 2016 Sunseeker was a new billet grill insert:

There's lots of little things that make a unit unique. I'd been wanting a sun face on our Sunseeker, and after a long search, my talented daughter (a graphics professional) drew a sun face on a post-it... of which I really liked. As a result, she scanned it, enlarged it and sent it to the sign shop. Here's the results:

And so one!

That looks awesome.! Nothing wrong with making your unit your own. So many look alike these days because 2 or 3 companies have bought up all the other brands. think it's just like a car, you add some wheels or tires, maybe some graphics. Yours looks perfect.I would send those pictures to Forest River. Maybe they would be interested in buying the idea. I sent them pix of mine and told them to feel free to use the idea because I would like to see them make some improvements.
Have a great day, and Happy Camping..!

Thanks! Many of the other designs we were browsing were way over designed or were just plain busy. Her design fit the bill perfectly.
