Adding a Bike Rack

I'd like to add a two bike rack to the bumper of my Grey Wolf 24RK. The bumper appears to be welded to the frame. Anyone have any suggestions on the best plan, or type of rack? The existing storage rack says its capacity is #250. So here are my options. Add tire holders to the existing rack they say their capacity for the bikes are #30 each. Another option would be to take the rack off and add a hitch and carrier to the bumper. (Carry the spare tire in the bed of the truck). Amazon also shows a rack that attaches behind the tire, but that looks like it would and another 3 or 4 feet to the length of the rig.

Or you may be able to swap the storage deck for one designed for bikes. Lippert makes several - both with and without a mount for the spare as well.
