Adding a vent in a Salem 28ddss

I have a 2010 Salem 28ddss that has only 1 roof vent and that vent is in the bathroom. I want to add a fantastic fan in the front bedroom and feed power from the light. My local Forest River dealer has tried to contact Forest River for 2 weeks to get schematics for the camper to see if a vent can be added and then to give me a bid. Forest River won't respond so I wonder if any of you have added a roof vent in your campers and how challenging was it? Also, any idea how to get a response from Forest River? If they won't reply to a dealer, will they reply to an owner?
