I have a similarly named model and felt the same way about needing more storage so I did a ton of upgrades. Sorry my computer is having issues and I don’t have pics on this one but its all been posted in this Mod Section.
I added an extra shelf on front wall above bed giving 150% more storage there(I worried about an open shelf but have only ever had a few sweaters fall on to the bed)
I added 2 large wicker basket shoe storage under bed and 1 under bunks in areas that were almost impossible to use before and is now fantastic. Several of my friends and my sister have done this one.
I hinged the front of couch for ease of access, this should be done in the factory
I added a matching storage unit in bunks on bottom, 100% more
Installed small wall baskets ad DC outlets for kids electronics in bunks
Added a storage unit in bathroom for towels
Made better sink covers for better use
Made large-ish counter extension
I have done other storage Mods, not all done in the same post so it might take a little searching. I really enjoy making our camper a home away from home. If I had to guess at the list in this post, I have conservablely added or modified 38 cubic feet of nice looking very usable storage.

Four of us use our camper for weeks and even months at a time. It’s nice to have a place for everything keeping the clutter to a minimum.
Have fun
