I use the pizza stone...for scouts we cook in cardboard boxes lined with foil...do 6 turkeys that way every year because we don't have enough space. Labor intensive with coals but it works.

oven/stove top

if anyone takes their 21 inch oven/stove top out, I'd be interested in buying it. We have the 17 inch unit and find it useless.
