Has anyone installed the Camco hot water electrical heater unit to be able to use 120V to heat up the hot water instead of LP? I see it for sale at Walmart for $65. I just viewed a couple of YouTube videos of guys installing them without fail.

At that price it sounds like a single spigot unit for a cup of tea, coffee or instant Soup.
