My Flagstaff came with a piece of paneling screwed to the floor covering the water lines in the cabinet under the bathroom sink. This left little room for storage.
I boxed in the water lines and added a shelf. A few bucks, a few hours of work and a coat of stain later I have a lot more storage!
I'd be worried that the warm air in the bathroom wouldn't be circulating around those waterlines and freezing could occur.
Your work is wonderful and quite practical.
I was thinking that the shelf over the waterlines could be made of grill material to allow for air flow.
Remember I'm in Alberta and our last bit of snow finally melted last weekend! MAY! We have minus forty degree temperatures. If you are in Florida I guess my caution doesn't apply!

I am in Minnesota so I am very aware of freezing! You are right, there will be little if any air getting to the water lines but we do little to no camping in the spring or late fall and I always have the antifreeze in before it gets cold enough to worry about. We have had a very late spring and haven't even had it out yet. If you are cold weather campers leaving the lines a bit more exposed may be beneficial but from the right of the cabinet they run along the outside wall under the tub then along another outside wall to the kitchen so I'm not sure it would make much difference in this model.

Then the wife found this shelving unit from Target its 17’’ wide by 7 ¼’’ deep. Its mounted with wall anchors. When we move I put bungee cords across and the towels seem to stay. Probably would not work as well for bottled/loose products. For our potty paper I put Velcro on the top edge of the tub and to a dowel that holds it, during showers I move it. We also put an over the door double towel holder to help dry damp towels.

I have been looking for ideas for the same thing. I am going to try and find the same hanging unit and use the bottom for towels and the top for close when you go to shower. Then you don't have to leave anything on the toilet!!

I'm working on one now that looks exactly the same only a little longer to put by the door to hang coats/sweatshirts on in the cooler months of Ohio. So it should be used 11 or so months out of the year. Below is a picture of the hallow wall anchor I used on one of the screws since I was unable to hit a stud. Says they hold 80lbs in 1/4 paneling. Do you think I need to put a few dabs of construction adhesive on the back also? Right now I only have 2 small holes in the wall. If I use adhesive I'm refinishing walls if they ever have to come down!
Here's one I made to fit the curved wall in our 5ver bathroom and between the medicine cabinet and the shower enclosure. It has sure come in handy. Don't know why Forest River doesn't do something like it.

I really like the shelfs next to the medicine cabinet! Looks like I got a new project!!!! Good job on both items!!!

She doesn't want her towels hanging above the turdlet, fraid one will end up in there like the "spoon". lol
