I'd say your best bet is to see if you can get some plumbers to come take a look at the job and bid it. Other than doing some google searches for a shower pan and surround in the sizes you're looking for to get a ballpark price on that part of it, I don't know that anyone is going to be able to estimate the labor part of it for you other than someone that will do it. Part will depend on what kind of base your shower is on. Some of them have a area under them with an access panel that may complicate the install from a poured concrete or plywood floor most home showers kits are built for. Please update the thread if you get this done as it was be interesting to many and I've not seen this project done before on any other forum or thread. Best of Luck!
