Beginner Mods, 2011 27 DFWP

Simple things, nothing extravagant.

1st mod: add bike!
2nd Mod: add shelf at valance above bunk room windows Port and Stbd. Close up shows how the wood was routed out so as to fit without hardware.
3rd Mod: Dolly Madison serving cart to add storage and work space.

Yes, the place is a mess but we are prepping for departure on Thursday
and have a full schedule up till then. All will be secure before take-off.

Link, if it works.

Ed nice idea for a shelf.
Now you need to add a little railing around it and then you can keep things there.
Great job!

Nice shelf. I plan to add a shelf to the back of my sofas. Thanks for the idea.

Thanks, that thing is as slick as snot on a door knob, finished up with 600 grit paper and some butchers wax. Hard yellow pine rejected from a flooring job. Thinking of 1/4 round as edging but this was planned for use while parked, for eyeglasses, etc.
