Best LED light strips?

We just bought a new Rockwood. We are wanting to all some under glow or under deck LED light stripes to the bottom on the exterior. But we don't know which LED stripes are the best and are the brightest.
Any help on brand name will be most helpful.

Thanks.

There are SO many options... it's would be almost impossible to recommend a brand. You need to base your purchasing options on a few different variables:

-Do you want just one color?
-What color? Warm white vs. cool white?
-Do you want the ability to change colors?
-Do you want the ability to dim?
-What length?
-Since they're on the exterior, you'll want fully waterproof
-Do you want to install brackets, or do you want self-adhesive?

The BEST route to go is to search Amazon. There are many options that fulfill everything you need, and can narrow down your search. The nice thing is that they are incredibly cheap. Even the multi-color remote control options are cheap.

Here's a link on AMAZON

Thanks for the advise. My biggest concern is the brightness of the glow from the lights. I'm looking for that mostly. I want a LED stripe that is bright and puts off a lot glow at night. I would need around 30'-33' of LED Stripes. I have been looking on Amazon and ebay. I didn't know if there was any difference in the lights itself.

I think you'll find it the LED strips that it is a game of chance. I have an $8 set that I mounted under my awning 3 years ago that still work perfectly. I would find the most reasonabley priced set that are waterproof and go from there. You can always try them out before you mount them. On mine even though they come with 3M tape 'supposedly' I went to AutoZone and bought a roll on the good 3m red tape and stuck it first then stuck the lights to the tape. You may want to do a good let search as I'm sure there are some that have a better chip set or some other component that is better. I've bought several cheap sets and have had good luck so far. YMMV.

Be prepared... many folks are offended by bright, glow in the night rigs. Especially in tight campgrounds.
Just sayin'... this has been discussed here before.

Not Amazon, but here. https://www.superbrightleds.com/. The quality of LED strips varies widely. The lower cost ones do not hold up well in wet environments. The adhesive on many of them will also not hold up to temp changes. I suggest you buy one reel and try it. If you are happy, you can add more later. You can't mix single color and multi color as they are controlled differently. Some remotes are RF and some are IR. IR might not work well if you are mounting under your RV.

Whatever you get make sure they are at least IP67 rated. IP68 is even better. If you go with IP65 or 66 you'll be replacing them sooner than you think. The IP rating is for water resistance. I ordered these a couple years ago though it shows as not currently available you'll get the idea.

They held up pretty well.

We’ve just always used a 15-20’ led rope light attached to the frame with drill screws and a 1/2” clips from the local hardware store. Stays there rain or shine, even win the battle with a blown tire.

Where ever you mount them, make sure you clean the area really good, let it dry and then wipe down with some rubbing alcohol. It will help the tape stick better!!!
