The zerks only grease the gears on top, the only way I know of greasing the threads is to take them apart and that is a MAJOR PITA as you have to remove them from the 5er.

On mine there is a zerk on the top and also on the face (near the top) on each side. Problem is that the one on the face on the ODS side is inaccessible due to the motor and gear reduction being right on top of it... have to get a 90 degree replacement for that one.
