Sadly, you're opening a can of worms with that question.
The bumper itself can carry very little. If there's a spare, that's about it.
If you're going to add a hitch (and I'm not recommending you do or do not) - the only way to do it is to mount it to the frame of the camper and reinforce weak spots.
Adding things to the bumper is generally a bad idea. I don't know all of the details, but a friend drug their bikes down the road when they bought a hitch that mounts to the bumper itself.
