I replaced the levels on one of my campers last year. Used the adhesive strips and screws for good measure. I am doubtful you'll invalidate a warranty with screws. Like another poster stated, water leakage is the real issue as wiring is highly unlikely to be disturbed unless you are using long screws. The object here is to anchor the screw to the siding, not the frame. Put a small bead of exterior silicone around the level to seal against water leakage.

Regarding how to mount the level. I mounted mine with 2 screws, but the next time I install some I will be putting them inside the front storage compartment. I'm always outside the truck to check the level so I have no problem with opening a door to see a level.
