Carrying Barker Tote on Ladder

Anyone have ideas and pics to securely haul tanks on your RV ladders?

I just use a 2 inch ratchet strap top and bottom to hold mine on the ladder.
The tote still sits on the cargo rack which holds the weight albeit not much and the straps just hold tote up right and attached.

I'll find a pic tonight if I can .

Unless it is locked some way or other, I would think it's a good way to donate a tank to some jerk while you're stopped at a restaurant, etc.

Cable lock through the handle.

When mine is not in the bed of the truck, I carry it on an over the ladder chair/bike rack like this Over-the-Ladder Chair and Bike Rack - Camco RV 51490 - Bike Racks - Camping World
with it strapped to the ladder with a ratchet strap. Works really well and doesn't cost a lot.

We bought this ladder rack from Camping World and use bungee straps to hold it in place. Cheap and zero problems so far. Don't have a close up pic, this is the only one I can find right now.
