Command strips for hanging a clock or picture

Has anyone tried these Command hanging strips for hanging a clock or picture in their TT?
Â*Command™ ProductsÂ*Command™ Medium Picture Hanging Strips

Wondering how the work with the changing temps in the TT and vibration while driving down the road.

Have a couple of framed pictures hanging on the wall right now with no problems.

Used the Command hook and loop for a flatter look and no movement when moving.

Using some hooks to hang hats, keys and the dogs leash.

I have used command stripes with no problem on the textured walls, however on the walls that look like paneling they don't do very well.

Have not had a problem using the command strip as stated use the hook and loop style.
I have several pictures and depending upon picture size I use 2, 4 or 6 strips. I have a large barometer by the door and have it attached with 4 strips, it has not moved while traveling and we have made several trip that were over 3000 miles one way.

Perfect solution for pics, clocks, whatever. X2 on the 24hr wait period. I've got the command hook straps even to hang all my fishing poles! 😜. And Museum Putty works great for lamps, coffe pots, etc.

X3 on the 24 hour wait time. We have used multiple types in our 5th Wheel. We use the large hooks in the bathroom shower to hang bath towels. The hook and loop for a wood craved picture over the cabinets and the small/medium hooks for hanging various items. Haven't had a problem yet. We highly recommend the Command strips and the Museum putty.

Home Depot has a great selection of Command on the shelf. Camping World has the Command soap dish and other unusual items in the Command line. We have hooks and the soap dish on the textured walls of the shower using the waterproof Command strips. I have a weather station hung on the paneled wall with hook and loop Command strips and the outside sensor for it with the waterproof version. They all stay put! DW has homey touches hung on the walls with them too.

They usually work great and do not leave a mark when taking down. The only time we found they do not really work is if your wall has a rough texture to it instead of a smooth surface. They do not like the roughness, guess it does not give enough traction for the adhesive.

I've been using them for quite a while now. They stay on in 100 degree heat, and -13 degree cold. They even make a shower caddy that works out great for us.

Thumbs up

I used Command strips & love them, if you use them on a picture & it moves while driving try a velcro strip on the bottom of the picture.

We have an A-frame, so the walls are parallel to the ground while it's being towed, and the pictures that I've put up with these have never fallen (and some of them are resin frames that weigh quite a bit more than a standard 'wood' frame.)
