Compartment Door Latch/Lock Replacement

Has anyone found a direct replacement for the Challenger door latch/locks that is metal? I found out today my Silverback pass thru doors are made by Challenger (part# 331139) with the latch being from them and the lock tumbler being from Global lock. So I can match my other locks up to this key, but want a better and/or more durable latch/lock on the doors. So any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Are your locks like those used on a file cabinet or like those on most trailer pass-through doors? If and when I change mine, I'll be going to slam latching style, alot stronger. Whats mine now needs to be mine tommorow.

Plastic slam latch type door latches. I want to change out for metal versions.

Try rvlocksandmore.com I replaced all my compartment and door locks and got them from this place had them all keyed the same so only one key.

Just hit them up for keying all other locks the same. Unfortunately pass through doors are challenger latches with Global Link tumbler. So they had no replacement for the plastic slam latch.
