Next project is to hard plumb the rear galley tank to the front grey water tank and eliminate the need to crawl under the slide out and hook another hose. 10' of 1-1/2" ABS, 3 connectors and a 1-1/2" slide valve and about an hours work.
Got the connection made into the main drain elbow and the galley drain elbow as well as the 1-1/2" slide valve by the main drain. Would have been completed, but had to stop to design and build an alum support to mount the slide valve on to eliminate any push/pull forces on the slide valve and the connection to the main drain elbow. Only thing left to do is install the 1-1/2" sched. 40 ABS pipe between them. Also had to stop & watch the NASCAR race.
Finally got the job finished. Only leak was the factory elbow connection coming down from the holding tank. Don't like the plastic straps the factory uses to supposedly hold the connections to the frame, so I fabricated some alum. straps and drilled into the frame flange and secured it the way I think it should have been done. Even tho' the new pipe is not on a downward slope, but has to go up about an inch at the back, it will still drain the tank itself and leave about a quart or 2 of water in the 3" pipe/elbow, we never open the slide valve or uncap that connection so it shouldn't be a problem. Wasn't on our 08 831RLSS and it was plumbed the same way. The only tricky part of this whole operation is getting the hole in the 3" elbows drilled and hand filed to an exact fit for the 1-1/2" sched 40 ABS. The front was especially time consuming due to the fact that you can't drill into the center of the elbow. Also a little tricky is contouring the 1-1/2" pipe to match the inside of the front 3" elbow to prevent any "non-water" particles from hanging up or blocking flow.

But it did work, I really don't need the 2nd hose connector.
I would put this hose in the drain 1st and then shove the elbow from the main sewer hose to hold it. I would leave the valve open and let it drain the entire time.
