Connecting PVC to Trailer Sewer Connection

I plan on connecting my 5th wheel to the park sewer with PVC. I have found a 3" Flexible Rubber Coupling to connect to 3" PVC, can I connect this coupling to the existing bayoneted waste valve outlet? I don't want to change the existing setup on the trailer because when I move I will go back to the standard sewer hose. My trailer sits in one spot on the Gulf coast for about 6 months of the year and the sun is just deteriorating these flexible hoses.

I plan on doing the same thing. I just purchased the parts, but have not installed it yet. The RV parts store had a Rigid Pipe Adapter. It connects to the RV waste outlet, and has a 3" male pipe thread facing out. To this, I connect a 3" coupling, female thread x slip on (RV store has this also). From here I will simply run 3" PVC to my sewer. I think this is all you need. I am not sure if I will use any flex pipe at all in my hookup. If I do, I will likely put it on the end near the sewer tie-in(?).

As long as there is enough room between the 4 studs on the sewer pipe and the actual valve to place a hose clamp, the rubber sleave will work.
I have done it before without leaks. It just takes a little work to slip it on.

This sounds like a better method, I will see if I can find that rigid pipe adapter.
