Couch Back Pillow Slouch

I have a problem with the couch on our 2012 V-Cross VFK27. The pillows that make up the back slouch down behind the bottom cushions and make the couch very uncomfortable. We have to reach under the bottom cushions every few minutes and tug the back cushions back into place. The back pillows feel like they are filled with some kind of loose material, and I was thinking that something like a solid-foam replacement cushioning might help. However, the back cushions appear to be sewn to the couch, making it difficult to take to our favorite upholstery shop. I'm willing to replace the couch, but if an easier / cheaper fix is available I would pursue that.

We haven't had overnight company yet, but we may occasionally in the future. But we do use the couch a lot for watching TV and reading.

They have a zipper across the bottom. On our 27VFK we unzipped them pulled the "stuff" out and wraped some more padding around them and stuffed it back in. DW bought the padding at a fabric store. Worked well though Daughter and son-inlaw also used a foam topper to sleep on. The jack knifes are ok for kids but dont work as well with full sized adults. Word of warning watch your cargo weight as these units do not leave you alot of play. We had a bent axle on ours an FR and Lippert were no help. We upgraded to a 5er.
