I was referring to aftermarket installed bicycle mounts on the rear bumper. The issue is that most hybrids are also ultralites, in which the bumper will not hold up to any added weight. If the model comes with a mount from the factory and it is not just installed by the dealer as an aftermarket add on, you should be fine.
