Do-it yourself to replace sofa/table with large sofa

We have the '14 Sandpiper 365SAQ. Love it but if we are inside, the living room area is not comfortable at all (makes rain days miserable). We have been toy hauler shopping, but I would rather hold onto it and see if we can take out the dinette and sofa and replace it with a 4-5 seat recliner sofa. Has anyone done this? We wonder if taking out the dinette is easy? What does the wall and carpet look like under the dinette? Is there a special sofa or weight of sofa you have to put in?

Carpet and other type flooring is laid down before the dinette is installed so it will be the same stuff but might be off a shade due to UV fade.

You will need to remove the screws and or staples, it should lift out then but I have seen pictures where screws were run in from both sides so a sawzall might be handy.
