I have found that the standard drawer latches sometimes release while driving. Looked at various options - didn't like most - too much trouble; required a key; etc. Found these "T handle knobs" at Ace Hardware. Installed with rubber faucet washers underneath to adjust height to match the drawers and to give appropriate friction to the knobs. The knobs stick out less than the drawer handles - so no issue. Easy to see if set before taking off; easy to set to open when we are camped. Problem solved!
