Dual power source for in dash entertainment system?

Our 3050 Sunseeker has a Jensen vm9726bt indash entertainment unit which provides GPS mapping, DVD movies to the main TV and AM/FM/CD/USB music to the main coach thru the aux speakers. The problem is you must use the key to power (or at least start) the unit which will then run for about 15 mins or until someone opens one of the front doors. I am adding a Sirius/Xm head unit next week, so wondering when I have the unit out of the dash, would someone recommend adding an auxiliary toggle style switch to allow to have the unit still run as presently set up off the keyed engine battery and then be able to run totally off the coach batteries while parked/set up ( coach would be able to recharge thru solar or shore/generator? Has anyone else run into this and tried a switch, or tried something else?

My Georgetown is set up this way. Front radio has an aux switch that allows play without having key on.

Thanks for the confirmation Aquaman. Looks like I can use a round rocker panel switch with relay in the available extra aux power hole in the front dash and it should look pretty good. (Local Ford dealer wanted over $200 for their "up fitter" switches!) cheers
