Electric brakes

I have 3 axles on my 5th wheel, and I've been using the wheel chocks that go between the tires. My question is there any way to set the brakes (like a parking brake) when the trailer is unhooked?

Sure. But be prepared for a hugh current draw and burned out brake magnets. Simply pull the brake away switch wire and the brakes are activated.

That will activate the magnets, but will not lock the brakes. The magnets are dragged across the face of the drum when rolling, to activate the brakes. Since you aren't rolling, the brakes will not lock and stay that way. There really is no way on electric brakes.
