Thanks for the tip. I will switch to a centrifugal blower. Mainly for CFM/noise but also it looks like it will be more effective at blowing air directly through the vent outside.

Fridge is hit or miss. Seems to work much better on gas. Will cool down to 35-38 overnight but hard to get that during day. Freezer goes to -5 , it seems to do well. I usually go buy some dry ice and set in fridge, keeps it really cold about 3 days.

Gas SHOULD do better. On a Dometic 2562, the gas burner puts out 1500 BTUs/hr, while the electric element is 325 watts, or 1108 BTUs/hr. So the gas puts out 35% more heat than the electric element. Efficiency is proportional to the highest and lowest temperature in the cycle.
