Enlarge interior door width on Rockwood TT

I have a 2010 Rockwood Ultra-lite 2604, which comes with standard 24" interior doors for the bathroom. I am a big guy, and note that the Rockwood Signature series TT comes with standard wider doors (I think about 30"). There appears to be enough wall space to easily accommodate the wider doors. Has anyone done this upgrade?

I haven't, but if you consider yourself a handyman, it shouldn't be a problem.

There is more to hanging a door, than just cutting a hole. Make sure you have room and know how to add the studs, to hang the door on and to let the door close against. Also remove ALL power from the camper, including 12 volts, to reduce the lightning created when you cut through some wires in the wall. As posted above, if you consider yourself a good handyman, it probably can be done. Be sort of an architect also, so you don't remove a major support part of the wall holding the roof up, especially if near an AC unit. Good luck, take pics along the way.
