Is it wrong to admit I noticed? Wasn't bothered by it- just wasn't sure if your dividers were going to stay in place over time without the 2 sides touching the drawers.

Either way- simple fix if they don't!

nice idea and great looking mod. quick fix for the saw cut, just cut one for the back of the drawer same height and slide it in there. Just a thought

Or fill in the space with silicone? That would give strength without shortening the already short drawer.

It seems like we never have kitchen utensils the same length for easy storage. The kitchen pull out drawers were deep enough to have a two (2) tier storage. I attached two (2) pcs. of wood to opposite sides of the drawer and placed a drawer organizer on these. Now we have storage area for eating utensils and a lower level (Long) area for bastard size things! Sorry No this time. Youroo!!
