Reread your post & saw that you did mention color (I must be blind) where/how did you mount the camera transmitter or did I miss that too? Thanks

I mounted the transmitter inside the AC cover to keep it out of the weather as it isn't waterproof

The camera was mounted above the rear center clearance light and drew 12v power from this light

I simply ran it over the top of the roof and covered it with Eternabond tape. This is what I did with all the solar panel wiring

Outstanding. I'm looking to relocate my antenna closer to the receiver because the rig is too long... This is great thanks.

After reading your reviews I purchased the same system. Being a newbie the only part that scares me is at attaching to the tt the camera. Did you just screw into the unit then silicone?

I NEVER EVER NEVER use silicone on boats or RVs......I ONLY use 3M 5200

3M 5200 is a super adhesive as well as a sealant. If you don't want to drill into your TT, you can simply glue the camera in place.

3M 5200 is available in quick set or regular set. I usually use quick set although the regular set is a slight bit more durable. For RV use, quick set has never let me down. Clean the surface thoroughly first and you'll have no issues.

If you don't want to buy a tube of 5200 ($25.00)....Good double sided foam tape would work as the camera has nearly no weight.
