Thanks all. After taking her out last weekend I got a couple of extra pictures that have been added.

One thing I learned: Even if purple is your DD's favourite colour, it's not a good choice to have your trailer lit up like a bug zapper at night.

That's hilarious!!

Nice work, that! Just curious on your maxair install... the caulking around the base... is that just the vent caulk or did you seal the undersides of your maxair?

It's the original caulking from the vent. You can see more photo's in my first thread:

Did I install my MaxAir wrong?

The caulking kept the maxairs from sitting flush, so that thread was me asking what to do about it. (The answer is add foam weatherstripping.)

I like a lot of your mods. I'm going to do a few of them myself. Just bought my first camper and already addicted to "modding" it. Doesn't help that I have 8 years of cabinet making experience in my younger years, really gets my mind thinking! I'll post some pics once I get a few done and add to the album as time goes on. Love this forum

Kaadk - where did you get the combination locks for your outside storage?

I got mine on Amazon:

http://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=nb_sb_nos...ords=combi-cam

But ya'll in the states might be easier to get direct from manufacturer:

Cam Locks, Combination Cam Locks, Combinated Cam Lock, Keyless Cabinet Locks, Nokey Camlocks

Be sure to measure the length of the existing cams first. The first batch I ordered were too short and didn't stick through the door long enough to bit the nut on the opposite side. The second batch was too long, but close enough that a little bending of the latch fixed it.

In my case, it's so I can spot my trailer trying to get back to it from the bathroom at night in a dark provincial park.

But yes, it does pull double duty for looks on occasion, when in a like minded crowd.

I camp in the same Provincial Parks, depending where you are it is a full forest. With kids running to the loo it is easy to find the camper. Some people use them like Patio Lanterns that might explain why canucks do it!
