Sent an email to my dealer in regards to the adjustable arms and their response was Dometic was no longer giving them and that they were now 29.95 plus shipping and tax. Going to look around and see if I can get them somewhere cheaper first.

If you are just wanting to tilt it, cut 1" off the end you want lower and it will give you about a 3"-4" automatic drop. Make sure you center the material on the tube and pop rivet it thru the hem on both ends to the tube.

All the manual or electric awnings I have seen have black knobs to hold the arms in place although yours may be different. Take a look at the back side of the arms for threaded holes. Maybe they didn't install yours or they were loose and fell off.

If you were going to Goshen maybe you could do it for him, now that would be a great gesture on your part. Some of us are just not as talented as you, such as me.......

The original electric A&E/Dometic awnings DID NOT have adjustable arms.
