Flagstaff 206st TT mods

Has anyone found an answer to this unit's lack of food-prep space? It's a bit of a problem on rainy/indoor days.

Ours is one answer, but it's still pretty small. Other ideas/solutions out there?

I like your idea! I have not been in a unit like yours. Is there enough space to set up a wood TV tray? If so, this will give you a little more work area.
If not, what about making a shelf to sit on top of the back of the dinette. You could make it removable to get it out of the way when you didn't need it.
