Flip-jack
Didn't know exactly where to put this, but here it is: I saw this item on a TT in a State Park and thought it was a good idea. Now that I have bought one, installed it, and have used it three (3) times, I think it is a wonderful idea. "IT" is called a "Flip-jack". This goes on the bottom of your tongue jack, adding either an extra 4" or 6" and, for me at least, eliminates the need to carry a few pieces of 2x6 with me. This device folds up when the tongue jack is retracted getting out of the way very easily.

that's why i bought the Ultra-Fab 3500, it came with an adjustable foot to add length.

Yes, my new electric tongue jack had the foot with the adjustable feature also. But this Flipjack was one of those "just have to have it" type things. Since I installed it and have used the Flipjack, it just keeps getting better.

Good to hear. Have thought of getting one myself. Would save a lot of wear and tear on the electric tongue jack.

I love my flip. The only catch is if you have to setup on an incline. They can have issues on an incline.

On my last trip the site next to me had it on their AirStream Bambi with a hand crack jack. Looks like a good idea. And as already mentioned it does have some issues if the ground is not flat or level. The guy had to use his cheater bar to knock it loose so it would go back up.
Is anyone using it with an electric jack?

I saw them at camping world today but didnt really look at it though
after watching the video it looks pretty neat.
not sure about the issues of the ground not being level or flat - most places that are dirt maybe an issue with one of these

I have one on my electric jack. It does save quite a bit a time when lowering/raising the tongue jack. The ground doesn't have to be perfectly level for it to work, but if there is a lot of incline in your camping spot you can use it in the folded position. You just have to put a thick enough board under it so as not to bend the edge of the foot.

BIL took his off as well as he was not real confident in the design. He installed an electric instead.

I have the flip jack and an electric jack. My electric jack is so noisy, the less I have to run it the better.

I have an electric jack and the Flip Jac. Both, together, are great! I got the 6" version but maybe should have opted for the 4". There are some times when the 6" is just too long (I know, I know  )! But it has always always worked flawlessly. Very stable and well supported.

Same here - I love it. Will use a block of wood when on an incline. A great gadget with an electric jack. I highly recommend one.
