Floor Squeaking

Have an 07 Georgetown 315 SE. The floor squeaks in the middle of the kitchen area, so when we enter, leave or go down the hallway we get an irritating squeak.
Have pulled up the sheet vinyl in the affected area. We are also planning on putting down new flooring to eliminate the carpeting.
I see one screw that may be holding the floor down.
My question is: should be floor joists run across the chassis that the flooring is screwed down to? If they are, then I can extend a line to place more screws.
Does anyone have a link to show how FR builds these floors?
It appears the OSB is 1/2" thick.
Can I assume these joists are 16" on center?
Appreciate any help. Thanks

I'd like to see some suggestions too. My '08 831bhss has a squeaky floor in the same area, and they are sagging some in the heavier traffic areas. So, some floor repair in in my future.

D W and I have a 2016 Sierra 355re we also have a squeaking floor in every room and it is very annoying. In the winter our doesn`t squeak. When one of us walk across the floor it will flex up and down I am beyond disappointed.

I believe I have stopped the annoying sqeaking in my kitchen area. I searched and searched and never found any useful info on how the floor was constructed in my 315se. So, I cut out a large piece, about 3'x3', and figured out how it was screwed down.
Next, I used a very small pilot drill to locate the member the original screws were in, and added a couple additional screws. No more squeak!
When we get back from a short holiday weekend with the grandboys, will start replacing the carpet with allure or something comparable.
Enjoy your holidays!
